They're not true. They cannot be true. Why would we loan our backup ST to a team trying to qualify for CL, when he is in the last year of his contract? It doesn't make sense to me in the slightest bit, and I'm kinda mad that this is gaining more and more traction in the papers and on the web.

Why did Scott Sinclair go to City? Why did Steve sidwell sign for chelsea? Why did liverpool spend £65 plus of Carroll, Downing and Henderson? Transfer window never makes sense.

How's everybody else spending deadline day? Apart from half an hour where I'm being called into work, I'm perched in front of the TV, though I'll probably head to the pub around the time Jim White gets on.
