I would have figured there would be at least one or two by now but not a one. I'm pretty much expecting 7's to 8 for it but would like to see some reputable reviews.
Any reviews?

Re: Any reviews?
It was on Reviews on the Run today.
Wii version got a 8 from Scott & 9 from Vic
360 got a 6.5 Scott & 6 Vic
They said skip the 360 version and wait until next year until it's using Natal. They weren't happy with the online code and said the DLC only brings it equal to the on disc content that's already in the Wii version. It's not much different from 10 other than a focus meter and showing your swing.
Wii has more courses and better graphics (due to having a better variety) along with better gameplay due to the improved Wii Motion Plus. -

As far as being the same as TW10, that is really, really wrong in so many ways. Ryder Cup, Team online play, TrueAim and random landing area, etc....it plays so much tougher than 10 ever did....PC / Xbox One X

Re: Any reviews?
Reviews on the run is one of those reviews sites/show that I don't put to much trust in. I don't think they thoroughly test there games and just pick random scores sometimes.
So those with the game early your saying it plays tougher and is worth the purchase? I do like 32 courses to, that's a huge bonus and about time.
I will be hacking away with it tomorrow but am still looking for that first half reputable review from a site that I can moderately trust. Maybe there will be some more this evening.

Re: Any reviews?
It's not like those DLC courses are going to be cheap either. Given the numbers being thrown around ($10 for one course?!?) I'll be incredibly optimistic and assume we might see something like four packs of four courses for $15-20 a piece. That could be an additional $60 to $80 to get all the courses on top of the $60 for the game itself.

Re: Any reviews?
DLC courses will be used in every game mode BUT career mode. Online Season Mode makes up for it for me and the fact that all the DLC courses will be played for the online Daily Tournaments as well as Play Against the Pros. Offline career mode is but a small part of the entire package...PC / Xbox One X

Re: Any reviews?
But those DLC courses are going to cost additional money, right? So the game out of the box for the 360/PS3 has 16 courses versus the Wii at 28. Apples to apples.

Yup, they definitely missed that if they're saying it's the same. It really bugs me when reviewers mail in reviews like this because one of the things always working against sports gamers is fear on the side of developers that tweaks under the hood and subtle but meaningful changes won't be recognized. So when this happens it only reinforces the belief that they have to focus on back of the box gimmicks instead refining gameplay.PC / Xbox One X

Re: Any reviews?
If consumers were only asking for this last year then it's understandable that a one year cycle may be too short to incorporate the DLC into career mode but this has been a long standing request for several years so that's not acceptable. EA should either state that you can or can't do it programmimng wise but don't continue to dither with that famous line "we are looking into adding it for next year's game" because they obviously aren't since it has yet to be added for a few years running.Comment

Re: Any reviews?
Hey Divotmaker, now that it's release day I'm assuming the embargo is lifted so are you allowed to talk about the new progression system? In another thread you mentioned skill points are awarded differently this year so what's up with that? Are we still going to regress slightly like last year if we perform poorly?Comment

what will happen then? will those same dlc have any value 2-3yrs from
now...as far as the other options you listed
i just thought of something - maybe the dlc cant be used in offline career mode because then there would be less reason to buy the game the following yr..maybe its sumthing business-wise they dont want to fix or incorp.Through Holy Union God Lives Inside For Everyone
