Re: PGA Tour 2K21 Course List Rolling Out Tomorrow

Confirmed running total (7/15):

TPC River Highlands
TPC Summerlin
Copperhead @ Innisbrook
TPC Deere Run
Atlantic Beach C.C.
Quail Hollow
East Lake

Others we already know from other info releases/videos (which puts us at 13/15 total "known"):

TPC Scottsdale
TPC Twin Cities
TPC San Antonio
TPC Sawgrass
Riviera C.C.
TPC Louisiana

Speculated courses that might return from TGC 2019:

TPC Boston
TPC Southwind

There’s gotta be at least one big course they put money in for, or got because of the 2k branding. I’m obviously not talking about Augusta. Maybe they pull a fast one and sneak pebble in there. Completely wishful thinking on my part though.

Thanks for keeping track of this... I've referred back to your table more than once!

They goofed in the announcement, but TPC Twin Cities is in, as we've already known.

EDIT: Tweet was deleted...said that the 3M Open was held at TPC Scottsdale, but showed TPC Twin Cities. Good times.

It would be pretty cool if we could play the game @ TPC Twin Cities along with the pros this week. Seems like a natural synergy and way to get people into the game even post-launch. I know this has been covered before, but what a colossal missed opportunity. I can only imagine the commercials during the CBS broadcast: "Play along w/ the pros on PGA Tour 2K21 this week at TPC Twin Cities!" along w/ some sizzle reel clips. That would be a couple thousand immediate downloads right there.

But making sense and doing obvious things is overrated anyway.

Yes! I remember when you could play against the pros is "real time" in some of the old Tiger Woods games. For example, during last weekend's Memorial, you could have played against the real scores of the event in TW14, as that game had Muirfield Village and the Memorial Tournament branding in it.

It was a little-discussed feature, but was always a fun diversion.
