Online Franchise Fantasy draft questions! Please

Hey everyone! I am starting my first ever online franchise for Madden 22. We are going to do a fantasy draft and randomly select our team prior to the draft.

Is the fantasy draft order random? Snake style?

I tried to poke around in Madden 21, and it does appear snake style and whatever team you select is randomly placed into the draft. So I assume it’s the same?

Also, I did a quick mock draft in M21, and it automatically sims right to you draft position, you cannot watch CPU teams make selection at a slower pace. Is that how it always is and is there an option to not auto Sim to the next user?
