Did all these steps, deleted live content from WIN32 file and still wont launch because it says that it detects live content.

What are you doing in the WIN32 folder? I got this from GalaxyMan2015 himself.
Go to (C:\ProgramData\Frostbite\Madden NFL 20), not "Program Files" and delete the entire Madden NFL 20 directory, folder and all
then take Origin offline in the Origin application
then you can launch from Frosty Mod Manager

Copy! Got it working. I think I was over thinking things, trying too much at once. Now if I could figure out how to get some uniform mods

1. Porbably not, I was doing the same thing until Galaxyman straightened me out.
2. If they don't post the mod you have to create your own. I've never done that yet so I'm in awe at what some modders come up with.

UPDATE COMING THIS WEEKEND!

Biggest changes: Added Steelers wall of fame to back edge wall. Added Hyundai sign to Tunnel.

A few NY Jets/Giants changes.

Made updates to Bucs edgewall and added Winston photo to Jumbotron.
