Has anyone had success making a 2nd profile with Madden 20?

In Madden 19 each controller you used would give you the option to create a profile for that controller (choose favorite team, change settings, etc...) but in Madden 20 there only seems to be one profile used for all controllers..

Does anyone else have this issue?

I do. Anyone on pc also encounter this in Madden 20 or know a workaround?
