What GPU are you using? I saw something very similar with my AMD RX 5700 XT but only in replays/the play selection screen. For whatever reason the issue hasn't happened for awhile. I reinstalled my drivers using DDU but not sure if that actually fixed the issue.

ive got a gtx 950 it was a budget built back when i built it and ive updated drivers check all the settings cant seem to get it to go away its on replays and when it pans to the shot of the stadium and randomly during gameplay it gets in the way at times very annoying
