Question fior Roster Experts re: QB Trait (M18/PS4)

A question for Madden roster gurus:
Madden 18 - PS4

I'm working on a roster project with Madden 18 on the PS4 involving an individual team roster full of created players.

When using "Create-A-Player" (my words) to create a QB... I have a 2-part question and I'm hoping some of the roster experts here might be able to help...

(1) There is no possible way to create a QB that ends up having the QB "Trait" of "Throws a tight spiral" being YES instead of always being NO... is this correct? IF it IS possible to create a QB with a YES for "Throws tight spiral" trait - HOW?
(2) Unless I'm missing something... after creating a QB (that has "No" for the "Throws a tight spiral" Trait) - there is no way to "toggle" this trait from No to Yes... is this correct? IF it IS possible to change the NO to a YES for the Trait "Throws a tight spiral" - HOW?

You can only change the "tight spiral" trait when editing a player in CFM. The option is not available in main menu editing. There are a few traits which can only be changed in CFM editing. I am not sure why EA set it up that way.
