Editing Roster Help = Madden 20

Guys,

Sorry for this post, i know this will appear to be a "rookie" post but I have been having all types of issues with this process this year.

I want to export current Online Franchise Roster to csv file, then be able to edit a current roster file, using this date so that we we can re-start our dynasty but preserve the teams and development we have had over 5 seasons.

I can not get any editors to recognize the current madden rosters. Am I just over thinking this and missing a step?
