Minimum Speed Threshold

Can someone tell me how this works? If I put it at 0 does it make faster players much faster or vice versa? Trying to see what the best setting is. I have a fast team and want that be clear in the game. For some reason even though I have speedy receivers, the cornerbacks and even linebackers are basically stuck to me on defense making deep throws almost impossible. Would this setting help? I tried lowering CPU pass defense but that doesn't seem to make a difference.

0 is what you want it on. it differentiates players speeds from what I undeestand.
