Help setting up cfm for 4 users.

I have been a long time madden player. 3 of my closest friends have recently in the past 2 years been playing in cfms with me. Problem is after a certain amount of time we all end up getting bored with lack of challenge. I try to adjust the sliders and it seems to throw everything out of wack. I need a difficult realistic slider set that's gonna challenge us for years and provide realistic stats so people aren't XP hunting. Thanks in advance. We usually try to be bad teams to start. Currently in year 3 of a franchise where we are the Bears. Bucs. And NINERS. Any help would be appreciated. Is it a good idea to salvage this cfm with the recommended sliders? I can't seem to get the sliders to be effective anymore. Currently using a tuned up version of flaskos realism set.
