Best Settings/Sliders for My Career (Myplayer?)

Hi guys,

I haven't picked up a Madden in a long time, but I'm a big fan of MLB The Show for the RTTS Mode. I love taking a bad team and a bad player and playing as realistic as possible. I know this isn't Madden's strong suit, but I'd like to anyways.

I was wondering if someone could give me, or link me the most realistic settings and sliders for the Player mode in Madden. It would mean a lot to me. I plan on creating a linebacker! Hope to talk to you all again soon.
