M20: CPU vs CPU using TFG's rosters & Cycloniac's M19 sliders
All the credit goes to That Franchise Guy whose roster I downloaded from the Madden 20 PS4 vault. I believe he also has a set for XB1 players.
As far as the sliders, I used Cycloniac's Madden 2019 slider set including his settings for auto subs and XP. All the credit goes to him for the time he put into testing them as well. The only changes I made was setting the skill level to PROand changed player progression to END OF SEASON The games are set to 15 minute quarters, 13 second minium play clock time, and a player speed parity scale of 75.
I'm going to post a few preseason games and will change the skill level back to ALL PROto see how it looks. Cycloniac's sliders and settings can be found in the Operation Sports Madden sliders forum.

As you can see with these sliders from Cycloniac24 and the adjusted ratings from That Franchise Guy's roster, the starting quarterbacks are far more effective than the backups as they should be. The offenses are more explosive while the starters are in the game as well as expected.
