Most efficient use of tokens

Which is a better value? Flashbacks, heavyweights (1 less silver token than flashbacks) or veterans (1 less gold and 1 less silver token than heavyweights)?

Unless you want to gamble on one of the very expensive players the best use of tokens is to let someone else make them and then pick up the card they "won" off the AH for far less than it cost them to make it.
