Okay seriously?

I am currently locked out from M25 and cannot play the game at all...it shows something along the lines of the EA trial and needing to sign into that account that downloaded the trial to continue progress.

Only problem?? I didn't download the damn trial, I bought the MVP edition with CFB25.

I know they had a free trial weekend, but they can't differentiate the difference between those that purchased the game vs those that just downloaded the trial?

I'm seeing the same thing you are, however, I'm not locked out. I can still play the game.

I was able to play once I launched the game from the Xbox store.

We're aware and investigating an issue where some Xbox Series X|S users are unable to access Madden 25.

Updates will be threaded below.

Additionally, here is a workaround to access Madden 25 if you are seeing an error:
1. Launch Madden 25
2. Once at the main menu an error will appear
3. Select the Xbox button and go to Profile & System
4. Select Log Out
5. Once at the account login screen, log back in with same account
6. Open Madden 25 and gain access

Oh damn, forgot to give a quick update (life happened)
I was able to fix the issue by logging out of my EA account, and simply logging back in.

Just go to the EA site, then just logout, then login again, did that and was able to boot up M25 with no issues.
