New Playbooks for teams with new OC / HC?

Judging from some of the early videos coming out the Lions are still using the same Offensive and Defensive playbooks. Any idea when / how these get overhauled and implemented?

Part of the incentive in buying the new game for me as a CCM player is just as much playbook updates as roster updates. I certainly don't expect to see the lions running the same playbook this year so why do I see it in Madden?

Yeah as a vikings fan, u really want to play with a Norv Turner style playbook. Either it'll be there, or I'll have to create one I guess

They didn't do it for past Maddens so the track record really isn't there. Usually playbooks get updated 2-3 seasons after the coaching staff has been in place.

I saw in one video's for 15 cant remember which one but the question was asked if the playbooks would be updated and they said yes.... but like the previous poster stated the playbooks seem to never change.


and far as running certain offense's what I did was when the browns hired norv last yr I switched to the chargers playbook... and cards defense....then when they hired the redskins OC I put the PB as redskins and defense as the bills.


I hope there updated because its just dumb to play with playbooks your teams not even using anymore.

The Eagles badly need a new playbook. The current playbook is pretty far off from what they ran last year.
