Playing Madden 25 using Coachglass

A few days ago I bought a tablet to play Madden 25 in Coachglass mode.
The problem is I can not play, what should I do?
Should I download some software for my tablete?

Couple of basic questions -

Are you playing Madden 25 on an XBOX 360 or XBOX One, and have you downloaded the SmartGlass app?

I'm playing Madden 25 in Xbox One and i didn't download SmartGlass app.

Try downloading the XBOX One SmartGlass app and have that running and paired with your XBOX One before you boot up Madden. See if that works.
