90 yard punt - yep that just happened

I should have saved the replay but Brandon Fields with 98 kick power just booted a 90 yard punt. He was back up to his own 10 yard line and booted it all the way past where my returner was and it LANDED at the 10 yard line on MY side and DIDN'T go into the end zone for a touchback.

I think I've seen it all.

Ah don't we love video games?

This guy needs to be a FG kicker, or better yet.. a QB. WAIT no, let's have him play every position in Madden so he can be a one man show. EA make this happen!

It's at 50 as I'm using Armor and Sword's sliders, but I'll turn it down. I just found it a little odd that he kicked a 90 yard punt.

Hmm, did you have wind at your back? I've seen some users commenting about the wind being way over powered this release. I'm using Armor's sliders too and I've seen that I can't kick 55 yard field goals with Matt prater even with the slightest wind in my face.

I have had a 94 yd punt with the wind in my back (also by Brandon Fields who is a beast of a punter, also in real life). Punted from my own 6 over the returner and it rolled into the endzone for a TB.
On the other side, I've also had a punt for 31 yds with the same punter (Fields) in the same game against the wind. The wind was somewhere around 10-12 mph if I recall correctly.
The effects of normal wind (not talking extremely windy conditions) are heavily overpowered in my opinion. With a 10-12 mph wind you should see a small difference in distance if you kick with or against the wind but that difference should be in the 5-10 yd region, not 40-50 yds.
