Can't hike the ball after calling an audible?

Playing Madden 16 on XBox one. I am having an issue that I actually had on Madden 15 as well. Every once in awhile, when calling an audible at the line of scrimmage, it won't allow me to hike the ball, even if I say the command. Therefore I'll call an audible, and then my players will just sit there, I can call another audible, I can change routes, etc, I can do everything else, except for hike the ball. So I either waste a time out or take the penalty for delay of game.

Anyone else experiencing this problem? Is this a known bug or something happening to me?

I had that happen in Madden 15 also. If it happens again report it. Hopefully it can be fixed in the first patch.
