My game will not connect and I'm seeing PSN is good

Ok, this makes 0.0 sense! I've tried both hotspots on both phones and one is 19+ MB DL. I can stream or play any other game. Restored the licenses and still Madden23 is the only game that won't connect to the EA server!? IS ANYONE having issues signing in?

Disregard, apparently now you have to restart the PS4 now IF you change WiFi connections
