Regain ownership??

I am playing an CFM ONLINE with a friend and I accumulated a lot of debt in two years, resulting of being let go as owner and forced to be coach. Is there a way to regain ownership back with let's say team success as a coach, because I really want to have access to rebuilding a stadium and things like that again.

In short, no.

Once you have given up ownership of a team you are locked out from ever owning it again.

For future reference, you can give yourself 5 million dollars in funds in the settings menu. If you aren't taking it super seriously and just wanna have a good time, I suggest doing that if you have a ton of debt.
