looking to join franchise

Looking to join a franchise with all Madden sliders, Jarrod 21 or someone's just as good, starting from yr 1, prefer to start in preseason, can join or start a rebuild or good teams, no sim, play the whole games, trades allowed, salary cap on or off, doesn't matter, coach firing doesn't matter either, no Nano blitzing, I'm a pretty decent player, have played on Jarrod 21 black sliders and can beat CPU consistently, and beat the human players I know, but they aren't very good, need competition and someone that don't cheat
