without breaking the game?

I was thinking also lowering power moves on all EDGE defenders might help too, so I can get that nice edge rush pressure in the NFL.

Any thoughts on this? Has anyone tried it?

Break the game would be too strong I think, but the effect would not be a positive one.

I don't think it would result in edge rushers getting upfield and creating a pocket like you are probably going for. It would more likely lead to more edge rushers immediately beating the tackle at the LOS.

Maybe put coaching adjustments for pass rush sky high if you are not seeing a rush.

I dont think it would break the game. Not sure it would yield the results your looking for. At the end of the day its all in the coding. I globally rated players down league wide and I feel the game plays 20x better than the gameplay with the inflated stock rosters by far.

What if you reduced/increased the amount if XP earned for tackles/DE's? Tackles progress slower while DE's progress faster. Maybe a hybrid of the reduced XP set-up some are using, if you're in to that type of thing.
