Madden Fantsy Football idea

So I am going be honest, I don't have enough friends that likes sports. I love stats. With that being said, I came up with a idea. Here is my idea. I will create a 32 team owner franchise with that I would do a fantasy draft and have the computer do the draft (I.E Brady on the Ravens). Then the fun begins, I will create a excel spreadsheet of all the teams roster and then do a snake draft. I will go to a random generator site and see who is 1-16. After the draft and using Slack we will decide what days would be good for everyone to have roster finalized and when game days are (won't be playing will be simming).

That sounds like a ton of work, would you be calculating every players scoring every week?? If you're willing to do that kinda work I would be into something like that.
