I finally received a code, I successfully redeemed it via redeem.microsoft.com, an hour or so later I go check to see if it's downloading on my Xbox ONE and nothing. I have verified that it's under the correct email account and XboxLive account, I have enough hd space, any ideas? I tried to enter the code from my Xbox and it's already redeemed.

Sign out of your account and resign on Xbox and go to ready to install section of my games and apps. And it should be there with a ea logo
