I don't have a source for this, but I recall reading that the game is tuned so that a kicker with 99 KPW and maximum meter power can make a 64-yard field goal - matching the NFL record held by Matt Prater - in neutral weather conditions and altitude (kicks go further in Mile High Stadium in this game).
As an aside - CPU Jake Elliott drilled a 66-yard bomb of a kick against me with the wind at his back the other day, lol.
