Maybe someone can help...I keep setting my defense to 3-4 at my settings screen. Evetime I play a CFM game it always is set to packers D. I change it every time and it always goes back. My offense stays with no issue.

You need to go to Advanced Settings before you actually enter the game (screen with your top three players on) and then set the playbook from there.
