He was signed by the eagles , so I copied all of his ratings from madden 19 and he ended up being rated only 70. Do you think that’s high enough or should he be rated higher?

He’s in free agency in madden 20 when you first start a CFM. Not sure if you knew that or not

I checked, I didn’t see him. He must’ve been removed in roster update He must not be in opening menu rosters, just franchise mode rosters.
