I figured it would be best to ask this here with all the roster updaters. Basically I was wondering if there's a way to remove a player from the depth chart, without replacing him with another player, other than releasing him and signing him again.

I would like to know this as well. As far as I know, there is no way to remove a player from the Depth Chart screen.
