I need caps for Rix,Chang,and Berlin?

wHERE ARE ANY OF THESE HIGH PROFILE QBS FROM COLLEGE?I know Jason White retired already,knee problems etc right.
Rix,Chang,and Berlin looked weak in the combine I watched it twice and they looked pretty bad.Still Rix,and Berlin were touted to become nfl stars..
What are there caps where are they now..ThANKS GUYS?

Berlin was signed by Miami and then cut.

Chang was signed by Arizona then cut, and signed by Detroit and then cut.

Never heard a word about Rix after the college season ended.

Actually they aren't supposed to be anymore than practice squad journeymen throughout their career.

So i never said they would be good after there last season in college ball,I said they were highly touted in College..
Out of the three which has the best chance of making it anywhere?
