So, official EA roster update is on Sept. 5th, right?

The patch would come as a Title Update on the 360. When you boot up the game, you'll get a message that says this title has an update, do you want to install it.

The roster is something else entirely. You need to start up an online game - going all the way to the match screen. You will be told you need to download the roster (and may be told this even if you already have the roster, due to the HOF issue), then you will be prompted to save it.

alright, thanks. I am always told to download rosters when i play online, that really gets annoying.

This is becoming really frustrating, but it should be worth it when it comes out, hopefully our patience will pay off..

A little frustrating. Franchise and online leagues are waiting to be played because of the patch and roster download.

I'm not one of those "EA bashers", I like the company for the most part, but they always drag their feet on stuff, especially when they already have our money.

I just got off the phone with Earl at EA Support. Gave him all of my information and such...and said I was having issues with my fatigue not working. He put me on hold, and said these exact words:

"It looks like there is already a confirmed issue with fatigue on the 360 version, and a patch should be out one week from today, and at the latest next month."

Needless to say, I'm a bit upset. That being said, I didn't ask about the roster update.
