I have played many seasons with Madden 07 on XBox, and after every first season, Brett Favre has retired. Is everyone else getting the same result? I am looking for a solution other than re-creating him because he will show up as a coach two-years after he retires.

Every dynasty I have done on the 360 he becomes a FA after the first year and retires after the second.

ditto for me, he signed with the Vikings in year two of my dynasty and then retired.

not for me but brad johnson or whatever his name is is always in the HOF after the first season for me.

Well he bucked the trend for me yesterday. I signed him in my Dallas dynasty, thinking he'd keep the seat warm for Tony Romo and JaMarcus Russell, but he decided to stay for another season. He is still the starter, and for some reason he is wearing #0. Does the NFL even allow that? I've been telling myself it is a league exception for him.

Thanks for the input. I am going to sim through a few season to see if I get lucky. The #0 part is hilarious. I have never seen that before. It is harder to take after he does retire, and some scrubby rookie WR takes #4.

sometimes on mines he stays on the Packers in year 2.
