Hard time w/ CAPs on PS3!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can someone please help. I just got a ps3/madden 07 yesterday and im trying to make some CAPs but, this system is hard. I cant make any qb's higher than a 50 rating. and i also cant get any higher than a 40 for de, dt, or lb. is there something im doing wrong (well i know im doing something wrong but) or not doing. or is there an easier way to make CAPs. please someone help. thanks in advance. Oh. im trying to make the draft caps for 08 so. Please help!!!!!!!!!

On the xbox 360, getting a good CAP is really hard, also. One thing you do for the QB position is to keep simulating and saving seasons (with all teams selected) until you've earned the "freak" type of QB CAP (I think it's level 40). When you make someone a freak QB, it's a bit easier to get a good player. I know that's a lot of simming, but it works.
