Just use winzip, open the file, then drag it into the the folder you need it in.

To be clear, once you download the file in the link and try to open it with winzip it says it's impossible as the file doesn't work, that's why I ask you to upload here the roster file in .Z36 format for all the people who don't have xbox live.

Thanks a lot Alexbraun.
One simple question, does the file contains also the profile associated to the roster file so that we can upload it in our xbox360 and then change and associate the roster file to our own profile?
