I started off to do that, had all the moves made and drafted but the rookie players ratings where way off. (McFadden a 82 speed, John David Booty was the best QB, ect....) It rates them at random each time you load the draft class. Also there is the dreaded "franchise freeze" as well. Not worth going through only to have it freeze in the 2nd season IMHO.

Use this to help with some free agency moves, http://www.nfl.com/freeagency Kenny Phillips needs to be number 21 and Sammy Knight needs to be on the giants. I didn't see any updates so I will check to see if you did do that.

yeah but can't you edit the ratings if there too low or too high????

True but if you could just play this season come up w/ out a freeze wouldn't it be worth it even if you couldn't play multiple seasons???

appreciate your hard work.. i used to be a madden maniac... but ever since 2k5 and all the edits you can do with finns editor... anyways... It really sucks that EA only lets you move so many players it just goes to show how EA cares about us gamers..they know we will buy the next version so they dont bother with roster edits

Honestly, give EA a break, they want to get there next year version selling so with the 30 cap limit, they make it harder for people like us to get updated rosters therefore making it easier for them to sell next year's product.

Laws and Jackson are already in. I will look at the other players though. The most up to date roster is on page 7 if you want to check it out. It has most of the moves but I have worked on changing #s.

Thanks and I agree it sucks that we are so handcuffed as far as editing goes. Even if we could at least change the positions it would be so much better.

I tried to get into 2K5 but just never felt it. Don't get me wrong I like some of the stuff they were doing but if just felt off. Maybe I have been Maddenized for too long. I really should give it another try but the rosters are so outdated.
