When you start a franchise you can no longer edit the players?
They seem to be locked after franchise...

Also how do you put a player like Brady on IR?
Or do you have to bury him on the depth chart?
Put his injury rating at zero?

You can only edit players for the team you control in Franchise. Add this to the list of things that EA took out of the game for what seems like no reason what-so-ever. The only way around it is to control all 32 teams. I do that, which also lets you correct the stupid CPU draft logic (i.e. Raiders taking a top 5 QB, or Cowboys taking a top 5 RB).

I started a franchise controlling all teams.
When I went to edit players on ANY team, the numbers were always locked on the edit ratings screen.

Has anyone been able to edit players in franchise?
