On what day do the roster updates generally come out and how often do they happen. The reason I am asking is because I'll probably start a new Jags franchise, but this time with a cap and more realistic trades. I figure I might as a wait a couple of days to get the most recent update before I start if the update is coming out early this weeks. Thanks guys.

It usually comes out about every Friday. That's an estimate based on previous release dates.
