is the right time to start a offline franchise? I want to start one but I don't want there to be another big trade, and then the players won't be on their right team. Should I start one after the trade deadline?

Last weeks roster was the best one by far. Big trades dont happen during the season in the NFL anymore. All that stuff happens in the offseason. Me personally, they are missing 5 legit players they removed from earlier updates that would matter in a offline franchise.

Yea I'm having a tough time deciding when to start as well... I wanna keep starting my franchise then I see what changes are being made with the next update so then I wait for that update and then I can never get started with my franchise... What to do???

start after the second patch...they are going to mixed all the franchise stat....

I'm the same way...started and am 9 games into one with the latest update. Still some gameplay issues that bug me but with the patch most likely coming in NOV (it hasn't even been submitted to Microsoft/Sony yet), it is hard to wait.

adding all these thoughts together...

1) wait until after the 2nd patch, and 2) the trade deadline is october 20... you risk guys on the injured list, but you'll have all trades finalized.
