i got no internet on my ps3 so i can't download them,n i don't got ncaa football 10 so i can't transfer them if any1 can help me would be much appreciated.

Can't be done. They changed it this year so that you can't export the classes from your PS3, the only way to get the draft classes is to buy/rent NCAA.

However, you could always go buy the game used somewhere they allow returns within X days, go home, sim 4 seasons, save the draft classes and go return NCAA and get your money back.
