Trying to get my madden up to date has proven more difficult than i thought..it seems the only way to get these great files that have been provided here is with a PC? i have a mac and a usb flashdrive that my 360 can read but i have no idea how to get the file on to my 360....

The programs that were provided in the tutorial seem to be for PC only..

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

hey i havea mac and im jsut looking for a good roster update but the mac equivalent to win rar is DropStuff. i use Dropstuff and UnRarX
