For ps3 i am lost new to this please help..

I tried the method where you put the folder ps3 onto your flashdrive. The file appears on my hd but when i load up my chise it does not detect my file am i missing something here?? I have A PAL reigon PS3 and since we don't get NCAA in Australia does anyone think this could be the problem..

Bump please any help would be appericiated
