Well, it's such a royal pain to edit the madden roster with the roster limits and full rosters.

I am planning on waiting for EA's update and then fixing whatever they got wrong.

does ea offer the update through sharkport?
Does EA include more player pictures with the update?
when does ea usually release their update?

been trying to do the rosters myself but it is all but impossible with the mandated numbers for certain positions and limited created players list.

Nope just when you connect for online play.

Once you get those rosters though you can do what you want and send them out via sharkpor/xport.

Yes, they update pictures too.

As for update release they did one around 8/7.

I am guessing the next one will come out when teams go to 53.

I am not positive.

I see people getting released all over ESPN.

As soon as EA puts their update out I'll get to work on it.

The NFL deadline to trim rosters to 53 was Saturday 8/30

here's a link where you can download EA's update for teh ps2 (the edited roster file i believe is just depth chart corrections, no created playes).
