Preach it, brother. I don't see why it would have been so hard for them to have an import system that simply deducts a certain range of points from certain ratings. Speed is speed at any level and there's no reason for it to drop significantly in the import process. I divide the ratings into two basic categories: natural abilities and football skills. The natural abilities such as speed, strength, agility, acceleration, etc. should remain unchanged, while skills such as accuracy, blocking, catching, and awareness should be the ones reduced to turn a 99 OVR college player into an 82 OVR rookie.

Even simpler would be full player editing in franchise mode. I don't give two squirts of piss if some pubers make their entire teams 99's. Those of us who care about accuracy wouldn't abuse the privilege. I'd only use it to accurately "CAP" to rookies.

Below is how the first round went in an alternate reality franchise based on Peyton Manning leaving after his junior year and being drafted first overall by the Jets in 1997, with several other QB's ending up on other teams. Philip Rivers is on the Cardinals, which is why you see the Chargers drafting second overall after going 3-13 with Brady Quinn, who succeeded Daunte Culpepper.

2011 Round 1

1. Buffalo: Nick Fairley, DT, Auburn - 79B (or 78 as a 3-4 end)
2. San Diego: Blaine Gabbert, QB, Missouri - 83A
3. Houston: Marcell Dareus, DT, Alabama - 91A
4. Chicago: Anthony Castonzo, OT, BC - 88A
5. Carolina: Patrick Peterson, CB, LSU - 89A
6. Detroit: Nate Solder, OT, Colorado - 82B
7. Seattle: A.J. Green, WR, Georgia - 88A
8. Washington: Ryan Mallett, QB, Arkansas - 73B
9. Jacksonville: Julio Jones, WR, Alabama - 88A
10. Cincinnati: Orlando Franklin, G, Miami - 89A
11. Cleveland: Gabe Carimi, OT, Wisconsin - 87A
12. New England (from Oakland): Justin Houston, OLB, Georgia - 88A
13. San Francisco: Brandon Harris, CB, Miami - 87A
14. Miami: Mark Ingram, RB, Alabama - 74B
15. Minnesota: Stefen Wisniewski, C, Penn St. - 87A
16. Arizona: Tyron Smith, OT, USC - 81B
17. Tampa Bay: Da’Quan Bowers, DE, Clemson - 77B
18. Pittsburgh: Aaron Williams, CB, Texas - 85A
19. Indianapolis: Mike Pouncey, G, Florida - 81B
20. Dallas: Curtis Brown, CB, Texas - 86A
21. St. Louis: Chris Carter, OLB, Fresno St. - 89A
22. Kansas City: Akeem Ayers, OLB, UCLA - 86A
23. New England: Jimmy Smith, CB, Colorado - 83A
24. Green Bay: Von Miller, OLB, Texas A&M - 79B
25. NY Jets: J.J. Watt, DE, Wisconsin - 81B
26. Atlanta: Kyle Rudolph, TE, Notre Dame - 93A
27. Baltimore: Jon Baldwin, WR, Pitt - 75B
28. New Orleans: Bruce Carter, OLB, UNC - 79B
29. NY Giants: Greg Jones, MLB, Michigan St. - 76B
30. Tennessee: Cam Newton, QB, Auburn - 64C
31. Philadelphia: Derek Sherrod, OT, Mississippi St. 78B
32. Denver: Adrian Clayborn, DE, Iowa - 82B
The Chargers took Blaine Gabbert?? When they have Phillip Rivers... thus another thing they have to fix, the AI Drafting. No way the Chargers in real life take a QB that high. If anything it would have been AJ Green or Marcel Dareus.

So I used the 2012 Draft Class and Andrew Luck came in as a 3rd Rounder and a B Potential!! Matt Barkley came in as a Undrafted Guy I believe. I was really banking on trading all my picks away and move up to grab a A potential Andrew Luck, not get him as a 3rd Rounder with B Potential.

Did you just not read the paragraph before that draft? He said he changed up some of the QBs and Rivers was on the Cardinals, while the Chargers had Brady Quinn as their QB

For all Mac users this is what you have to do
course make sure you're logged into operation sports
download the rosters and go to Google type unrarx
top of the page you'll see the logo and an arrow saying download
drag it to your applications and open it.
right click on the downloaded roster file and open with unrarx
plug-in the USB stick make sure it's formatted for PS3 which you can do in disk utility pretty sure it's fat 32 if I'm right.
drag the PS3 folder to the USB stick, stick it in the PS3( that's what she said)
then you're good go, you should know the steps after that on what to do in the and the PS3 menu.
works for me every time.
