Just some small tidbits of info I want to throw out there...
1. Sheppard is already better than Keith Ellison as an inside backer in the 3-4 from day 1. He is only 230 lbs and was used as a backer in Dick Jauron's Tampa 2 defense. He may not even make it past cuts this year because he is so under sized. If you want you can just switch the 2 players' overalls so the LB rating doesn't change.
2. Arthur Moats didn't get solid playing time until week 13 where he ended Favre's career. 2.5 sacks in 5 weeks isn't a terrible average projected over a 16 game schedule. Just someone to look out for.
3. Da'Norris Searcy will be a SS for us this year. At the combine Searcy showed up at 5 foot 11 and 223 lbs. Such a big safety will be utilized as a strong safety so he can play in the box along with playing back.
