i use the last roster update that ea did and then edit it myself to who signs with what team or gets released.

yeah but people are injured and some people aren't in the roster such as Al Harris which is on the Rams currently

Here is my roster. Let me know what you think about it. Also sorry for some teams having random crappy players it was the only way to release players at times.
