I've been updating my roster file every single day hoping to share with you guys and I went to the 360 hard drive, moved the roster file file to my USB but when I plugged it in my computer nothing shows up on it.

You'll need a couple of programs. Xbox 360 files on the USB drive are hidden when you plug it into the computer (folder options show hidden files).
