Cam newton is seriously overrated. He is only a 78 for me. I am getting sick of the hype everyone is giving him. I know he is good, I know everyone doubted him. But please he isnt Elite. Yeah, but right now he is playing like an 87 so he should be rated as such. How a player may do in the future has no effect on their current rating. Also, Cam is pretty damn good. What rookie quarterback has thrown for 400+ yards in their first two NFL games, been third in rushing td's among RBs, and produced a lead-leader in reception yards in a formally "washed-up" WR (Steve Smith).

I was just updating the Madden 10 rosters to reflect these updated ratings and I couldn't understand Ernie Sim's rating either. He was rated a 82 I believe to start this season. How did he drop nearly 20 points? That's completely ridiculous.

Yeah i cant understand the rating system, you can have 10+ tackles and no upgrade, ernie sims is a 76 on MUT so idk why hes a 64 now, he was high 80s not to long ago.

Looking over the Bengals updates I am ok with most. I think Dunlap should have gone up a few more points though, he has been a beast over the past few weeks terrorizing any team we play. I think Dalton deserves to be ranked right up there with Cam on the over all. When ESPN compared the two most pundits agreed they are on par to be the best two rookie QBs this year.
