this is exactly my problem with auto-reorder. For O-line specifically auto-reorder is terrible because it picks the same two or three non-starters to be your 2nd and 3rd for EVERY SPOT ON THE O-LINE. So everyone else is in the gray area below the roster and never plays. Which means your backups get exhausted and everyone else loses the maximum amount of rating year to year because they play zero snaps the entire year. This can happen with linebackers or safeties too if you have enough depth. Make sure you fix stupid mistakes after running a reorder.
The other problem with reorder is it looks specifically at OVR and nothing else. If you run a reorder you can get stupidity like a 77OVR C potential player who's about to retire starting an entire year over a 76OVR A potential rookie. You're much better served giving the rookie the experience so he'll grow to an 82 or 83 the next year as opposed to a 79 or 80.
