This is a roster file updated to March 19th. There are no rookies created. This is only updated ratings and FA signings or trades. There also is a significant FA pool with all the players that have yet to be signed. I will continue to update this throughout the off season. Thanks!

Roster set updated to May 17th. This contains Several of the top rookies, with more to come. There is also one error in this roster set. Ike Charlton who is on the Raiders is in the FA pool. They had a lot of depth at CB and signed David Terrell (FS) yesterday, so I just released Charlton and signed Terrell. If you don't like this, you can cut Terrell and sign Charlton. Enjoy!

Its not. Its a Madden roster, but for some reason when I put it on my Hard drive it saved it as an NCAA file. I'll have to figure out whats wrong.

Delete the datinfo file thing in the zip file.
