For those using roster editor to import players from M25, M13, M12 to M15

For those of youUsing the roster editor to import missing players (or any players) from M12, m13 or M25 to m15,what you have to do is change the following fields in the player .csv file:

TRCF to PYCF
TRCS to PYCS

Probably cant move players from M15 to prevoius versions, however, as I noticed the players from M25 had 2 extra fields (TCFM & TCSM). I was able to import Jerious Norwood and a couple other players to M15 though by just changing the 2 fields mentioned before, didnt have to delete the other 2. Some didnt have profile pictures, probably removed from the disc. But the players can be imported

honestly, I have no idea. Seems to be the same thing as it didnt change the player rating at all, and just looks like they changed the first 2 letters. Im guessing they just changed how they refer to a particular attribute.

I tried to do the opposite for 2014 rookies in Madden 25. What my brain didn't realize was that the 2014 rookies weren't on the Madden 25 game disc. I was trying to import portrait ID's from M15 into Madden 25 & my brain wasn't working clearly.

After loading up M15 & noticing the portrait ID's for those rookies were blank it hit me that you dummy they aren't on the Madden 25 disc. Wasted about 3 hours in doing this. LOL! I was at least smart enough that I had made a backup of the original file before editing. Boy, my brain has major cramps sometimes! Ha!

So do you think it is possible to pull a M15 roster and convert it to M25? If it is then I am wasting my time updating the contracts in M25...

I'm new to this, so I don't really know.

that's what I am asking/trying to do...

but I need a M15 roster to test on and I can't find one

Doing that would be way harder for multiple reasons. First, theres extra attribute fields in the players in previous versions that arent in the new ones. Youd have to find those, figure out what they are, add them in the right place, and add a value.

Also, no rookie faces or portraits in prevoius versions of this years rookies, so they probably wont look right.

The most plausible scenerio is to just copy players from older versions to the new one to fill in the holes of veterans that Donny Moore leaves out inexplicably
